You may use our service for lawful business purposes only. You agree not to use the service for any illegal activities, spam, or malicious content distribution.

3. User Accounts

• Any consequences arising from the use or distribution of collected data

9. Content Liability and Prohibited Uses

Users are solely responsible for all content they create, publish, or distribute through MediaInsight. MediaInsight is not liable for:

• Inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content created by users
• Content that violates any laws or regulations
• Defamatory, libelous, or slanderous content
• Content that incites violence, hatred, or discrimination
• False, misleading, or deceptive information
• Any damages resulting from user-generated content

Prohibited content includes but is not limited to:

• Illegal or unlawful material

• Malicious code, viruses, or harmful software

MediaInsight provides tools but is not responsible for:

• How users configure content collection parameters
• The sources users choose to monitor
• The accuracy or completeness of collected data
• Any legal issues arising from content collection or publication
• Compliance with media licensing agreements

12. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MediaInsight, Codeck Software, Inc., and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Any content you collect, create, or publish through the platform

13. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time

• Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately
